1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product is non-perishable (perishable food items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, opened items)
Gift cards or promotional items
Items not in their original condition or returned beyond the 14-day window
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email info@sorasopic.com with:
Your full name and order number
The product(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Any supporting photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item(s).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
You’ll receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
