Refund and Return Policy for Sorasopic

At Sorasopic, we strive to provide our customers with premium-quality gourmet foods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund and return policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.


1. Return and Refund Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Perishable or consumable items (such as food) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.


2. Return Process

Returned items must be shipped in the original packaging to ensure safe return transit. If you are returning perishable items, please use expedited shipping to prevent spoilage.


3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
