  • We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select regions)
    Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over £50.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow the delivery status.

6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave a note for redelivery or collection.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
