Maker’s Mark

Maker’s Mark American whiskey is a popular Bourbon around the world. Maker’s Mark has been produced since 1953 near Loretto, Kentucky, purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Samuels from a small, hidden distillery deep in the area. Initially, the goal was to create a distinctive, intimate Bourbon to enjoy and share with friends.

Behind the success of Maker’s Mark today is the story of hard work and the responsibility of the Samuels family to preserve, the husband specializes in brewing and aging wine while the wife is responsible for making the product more beautiful, more impressive and spreading them to the community. The legacy and contributions of the couple are preserved and displayed at the factory, Wine Connoisseur visited the factory in May 2024, heard stories and experienced the reality here.
